Mike Fox | Director
Mike is the founding director of Primesite Homes. He has been in the construction industry for in excess of 30 years being responsible for many hundreds of building projects.
He is a licensed building practitioner with a site 3 supervisory licence and also holds a NZ Certificate in building.
A Registered Master Builder for over 25 years he has held many industry leader positions including Wellington Registered Master Builders President, a director of Building Research New Zealand, chairman of the Registered Master Builders Federation, a director of Master build Services Ltd and a founding member of Industry peak advisor body the Construction Strategy Group. He has also recently been honoured with a life membership of the Wellington Registered Master Builders Association in recognition for his services to the construction industry.

Ash Turner | Director
Ash is a director of Primesite Homes and is also the operations manager. Once you have signed your building contract Ash will take over and will be your first point of contact with any enquiries you may have, ranging from colours through to completion and handover.
His background is in quantity surveying and he has been in the construction industry for over 15 years. With both residential and commercial building experience, Ash brings a vast range of knowledge to Primesite Homes and their clients.
Ash is a licensed building practitioner with a site 2 supervisory licence through the Department of Building and Housing.

Jarrad Tilyard | Design and Build Consultant
As your first point of contact, Jarrad will take you through the design process to help you achieve your
desired results. Jarrad uses award winning Architectural Designers and recognised Surveyors, Planners, Valuers and Engineers to ensure you are always in capable hands.
After competing his commerce degree at Victoria University Jarrad spent 6 years in Melbourne working in non-profit management and business development, during this time he fine-tuned his skills in logistics and increased his focus on attention to detail. When returning back to New Zealand Jarrad embarked on a new challenge in the residential construction sector, where he has flourished both in large national franchises and now with Primesite Homes.
“There are two aspects to my role. As the design consultant I enjoy teaming up with my clients to design stunning dream homes brimming with features, financially viable investment properties built for maximum return and immaculately reinstated character homes that are brought back to their former glory. If it is residential, we have the vision and means to make it happen. As the build consultant, knowledge, and access to knowledge, is important. It is important to know the quirks that each council has and how they interpret the various rules and regulations as this can save clients hours of time and thousands of dollars. Today’s design and build consultants need to apply themselves almost like a lawyer, knowing where the pitfalls are, what the interpretations are and using this to help clients achieve what they want to achieve. Sometimes this results in, ‘sorry, but you can’t do what you want to do’ but it is better to be up front and honest rather than lead people in the wrong direction”.

Mike Adams | Quantity Surveyor
Mike is responsible for ordering and pricing. He has been in the construction industry for more than 40 years, 18 of those have been with Primesite Homes. Mike has been involved in the successful construction of many hundreds of new homes and works hard to get you the best deal.

Gavin Lines | Construction Supervisor
Gavin started his employment as a Construction Supervisor with Primesite Homes in April 2010. A relative newcomer but an invaluable member of staff, his no nonsense approach and vast experience makes for smooth projects delivered on time. Gavin is a qualified Carpenter and Joiner with over forty years working in the trade, and has built over 130 homes in and around Wellington.

Jeff Hart | Supervisor/Maintenance
Jeff worked in sales for a trade merchant for five years before picking up the tools to become a builder. He now has over 20 years building experience. Jeff applied his practical experience and put his communication skills to good use teaching building theory at a private training establishment. Jeff brings a wealth of building industry experience to Primesite where his skills are fully utilized in the supervision and care of after sales maintenance items.

Pam’s warm welcome to Primesite clients and staff is always a pleasure. Pam has extensive administration experience in the education industry and is now in the building industry armed with strong organizational and people skills – essential attributes to her role as Office Manager.
